Randall S. Bueter was a Partner at Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., a law firm with the primary focus on servicing the needs of the mortgage industry. He was legal counsel to the closing and title departments of Attorney’s Title Group (ATG). Mr. Bueter began his career as a real estate broker and homebuilder and had positions in mortgage loan originations, beginning with the Lomas & Nettleton Company in the late 70’s. He was admitted to the Bar of the State of Arkansas in 1993, and by the Supreme Court of Tennessee in 2003. Mr. Bueter received his education from Washington University (B.A., 1975) and University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law (J.D., 1993). He was a member of the Arkansas and Tennessee Bar Associations, the Pulaski County Bar Association, Memphis Bar Association and was an Arkansas Resident Title Agent.
