Here are some of the steps taken to deliver on our promise:

- Provide a professional search of the real estate title records
- Closely read the offer & acceptance contract
- Prepare a title commitment which sets out the steps to assure all parties ownership positions will be preserved after the settlement is complete
- Examine closing instructions from the lender, if any
- Reconcile the offer, commitment & closing instructions and resolve any inconsistencies
- Order service from outside vendors necessary to fulfill the terms of the contracts
- Prepare all necessary documents for title vesting
- Prepare and circulate the settlement statement in a form which fulfills the regulations controlling the transaction
- Set a time and place convenient to the parties for the settlement
- Fully explain all documents requiring signature and or acknowledgement at settlement
- Timely record all documents to modify the public record in accordance with the transaction
- Disburse all monies consistent with the settlement statement
- Deliver final recorded documents and appropriate title policies to all parties
