This program has been approved for 15 hours of CLE (including five ethics hours) in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi.*
*For MS, please take note of the distance learning hourly cap.

The cost to register is $150 for 12 hours or $175 for 15 hours.
Net proceeds are donated to the Arkansas Bar Association.

Registration Deadlines & Refund Policy
For virtual attendees: Please register by Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026 in order to receive the Zoom links and materials prior to the program. Late registrations may not receive the Zoom login information in time, so please ensure you sign up by the deadline.
For in-person attendees: If attending in person, please register by Friday, September 18th so that we may accommodate for your lunch order. Registrations for in-person attendance received after September 20th cannot be guaranteed a lunch option.
Refund Policy: To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted more than 24 hours before the start of the program. Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to the start time are non-refundable. Refunds are processed via check payment and will be sent after the program has ended.
