The Wilson Law Group is seeking a Bankruptcy Legal Assistant (Full Time) to join our Little Rock, Arkansas office. This role requires precision, professionalism, and the ability to effectively manage time-sensitive matters.
About the Role
As a Bankruptcy Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in preparing legal pleadings and other essential documents while ensuring compliance with court, client, and internal deadlines. You will also engage with clients, trustees, opposing counsel, and courts through web portals, email, and phone calls, assisting in the resolution of complex bankruptcy matters. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and process legal pleadings and documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts regarding case matters.
- Identify, follow up on, and escalate routine matters to meet critical deadlines.
- Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve routine legal and administrative issues.

Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
