Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of case management servicer profiles, process maps, and client system integrations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of the firm’s document templates.
  • Provide initial analysis of projects and reports for proof of concept, determination of needs that can be met, and assisting employees to better define their requirements, prior to assignment of further development work.
  • Consults with ticket holders and relevant staff to analyze and understand functions to be developed, client needs, objectives, desired features, input/output, security requirements, project scope, and objectives.
  • Participates in application code and security reviews with developers, completing/reviewing appropriate documentation, as needed.
  • And other duties as assigned.


Required Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex issues clearly and effectively.

  • Has a skillset that incorporates new technology and standards into work habits.
  • Demonstrates necessary skills working within database environment.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with aggregate application design and implementation considerations, functional, user interface, process flow, and data relationship requirements, along with internal and external integration and security factors.
  • Significant project management experience.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to get involved in firm committees and initiatives.


Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of combination Microsoft SQL, application development tools, and application analyst experience.
  • Education: Degree in technology related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
