Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review deeds, forms, notices, and other documents for foreclosure processes.
- Communicate with clients, staff, and legal assistants to manage foreclosure matters effectively.
- Support foreclosure referrals, debt validation, and document preparation without court appearances.
- Uphold client communication standards, ensuring clear, accurate, and professional interactions.
Key Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate and Arkansas law license in good standing.
- Prior experience in foreclosure or real estate law (preferred, not required).
- Ability to manage case flows, adhere to deadlines, and communicate effectively.
- Skilled in legal research and writing, with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
