We focused on the many facets of trust, including communication, respect, and community. As part of this educational training, we also examined the power of expressing gratitude towards staff and team members. The result of appreciating your team members and colleagues is mutual respect. Our talented leadership team is currently studying emotional intelligence, focusing on techniques to build emotional self-awareness and social intelligence in the workplace.
