Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of case management servicer profiles, process maps, and client system integrations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of the firm’s document templates.
  • Facilitate and manage software updates, serving as the liaison among our vendors and various departments.
  • Conduct detailed process analyses to identify improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of these enhancements.
  • And other duties as assigned.

 

Required Competencies:

  • Ability to adapt and perform in a continuously changing environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytics, process improvement, or similar role.
  • Experience with CaseMax or similar case management software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
